Ps Phil and Ps Glenys Ward, Senior Pastors of Gateway.

Ps Phil has a Pastor's heart, desiring to see each person welcomed and cared for in the Gateway family. He is an anointed man of the Holy Spirit who spends hours waiting on God and seeking His will for the life of Gateway. With powerful giftings in the areas of preaching, teaching and leadership, Ps Phil carries a mantle of authority that has allowed him to minister to other spiritual leaders around the world. Desiring to see all the nations of the world impacted by the Word of God, he has led mission teams to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

Ps Glenys is a mighty woman of God who carries a strong prophetic anointing. As the leader of the women's ministry, Closer', she has a heart for the women of Gateway to see them grow and develop in their spiritual gifts. She has spoken into the lives of women from all ages with words of wisdom and knowledge and has been a great support and encouragement to many women in the Church. Being a woman who believes passionately in the power of prayer in the life of Gateway, Ps Glenys also leads the Intercessors group.

Ps Lee and Ps Naomi Eden, Youth Pastors, Ballistikyouth / bk56.

Pastors Lee and Naomi are the Youth Pastors at Gateway, running Ballistik Youth for high school age young people. Their desire is to show young people that God can be fun and change their world They are also involved in Covenant College, mentoring and training teenagers into leadership. And head up Motiv in Flinders Peak Secondary and Newcomb Secondary. Ps Lee has a unique ability to relate to teenagers, speak their language and meet them on their level. He cuts straight to the point and tells it like it is, which has gained him the respect of young people. Ps Lee mentors many of the young guys at Gateway and in the high schools. Drawing on his own colourful and often difficult past he is able to speak with knowledge, insight and Godly wisdom into their lives. Ps Lee is a talented musician and composer in the Music Ministry team. He is also the oversight of Gateway Multi-media. Lee is also the Director of Motiv, a high school motivational program

Ps Naomi has a heart for the youth of Geelong, particularly those that are hurting and struggling to cope with the issues in their lives. She has a talent for spotting a person in need and getting alongside them to support them through difficult times. Ps Naomi has the ability to identify core issues in a person's life and speak directly into that area. She runs bk 56. Bk56 is the primary school community youth program at Gateway. It reaches well over 70 young people every friday.

Ps. Brendan & Helen Fenn, Young Adults / Worship Team

Pastor Brendan and Helen are key members of Gateway and are involved in a number of areas of the Church.

Ps. Brendan is the Music Ministry Director at Gateway and is the point of contact for anyone interested in becoming involved in singing, playing in the band or learning the PA system. He has a real passion and drive for music and taking this ministry in the direction that the Holy Spirit is leading. He also mentors and gets alongside some of the younger members of the Music Team, speaking into their lives with wisdom and practical advice. Brendan is an architect by profession and is a key person in the building and renovating of all areas of the Church building. He is also a Gateway Life leader.  Both He and Helen head up the Young Adults at Gateway.

Helen has a great deal of experience in the catering industry and is in charge of all catering events at Gateway. She has a flair for hospitality and creating an environment in which people feel welcome. Helen is also a Gateway Life leader with Brendan and enjoys connecting with people of all ages. She spends a lot of time with some of the younger adults in the church, opening her home and her heart to them.

Ps. Karen Hanafin, New Christians & Peoples Pastor.

Ps Karen is a people person and an incredible connector. She is in charge of Pastoral Care at Gateway and spends a great deal of time visiting and calling members of the Church. She is also the New Christians Pastor and follows up any Salvations from the Sunday services, taking them through the Getting Started With God program and generally introducing them to God and Church life.

Ps Karen is also the point of contact for Multi-media orders and distribution on Sundays.

Ps. Grant and Christine Jackson, Childrens Pastors.

Grant and Christine are the Childrens Church Pastors at Gateway and, being a big kid himself, has won the heart of every child in the Church. He is passionate about seeing young children released into the Spiritual gifts that they have been given and walking intimately with God from a young age. Grant believes that no child is too young to be a fervent worshipper of God, speaking in tongues and moving in the prophetic. He is a man of great faith and is believing that in the not too distant future G-Rocks will be so big that it will take up the entire existing auditorium. Under Grants leadership G-Rocks has grown from strength to strength and will continue to do so.
